Victoria was patient and most of all knowledgeable. She is a realtor that listens to you and gets it done. Time doesn’t exist with her, she makes it work to your schedule, very hard working with her clients' best interests put first! She suggested going in with our offer way below “asking price” as it wasn’t in her opinion “market value” and saved us $32k (which is unheard of in Vancouver). There are too many good things to say. She also saved us spending additional funds on our inspection (via her referral) and our Lawyer. We will certainly be using her again for all our future real estate purchases.
